Carolyn Maury is a Managing Partner at HighTide Partners, Inc. (HTP) located in Bend, OR. In this new venture, she is leaning on 30+ years of financial service and technology leadership to acquire investment and support several land development projects for large clients. Maury recently acquired her Oregon Broker license and will be working with a local broker in Bend to service commercial and residential customers.

 

Prior to HTP, Maury was Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Co-Founder of ZEVX, Inc. f/k/a Zero Electric Vehicles, Inc. Maury managed company financial strategy and raised $60M to fund technology development, operations, and customer acquisition. With the company’s focus on building operations in the US, EU and UAE, Maury brings an extensive financial and operational background from taking small startup companies public to strategic mergers and acquisitions. Maury is committed to maximizing long-term shareholder value, ensuring a balanced portfolio of growth initiatives, and maintaining the high level of integrity and transparency.

 

Prior to launching ZEVX, Maury operated as the “interim” CFO at Banner Health Pharmacy. In this capacity, she revised methods to reconcile drug transactions, improve accuracy and fidelity across hospital and retail operations. She developed several proformas for new pharmacy trades and investment, while managing an annual $2B operating budget for pharmacy division. Maury holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
